• 2-hours afternoon break
  To ensure your confinement nanny has enough energy to perform night work, you should provide her with an afternoon break.
• Separate living space
  The confinement nanny should not share a room with an adult of the opposite sex and it is recommended that a room be provided for the confinement nanny to sleep with the baby.
• Provide three meals a day
  Provide the confinement nanny with the same meals as the family members.
• Washing machine
  The confinement nanny can use the washing machine to wash some of the mother’s and baby’s clothes such as towels, diapers, etc.

Mummy can interview a confinement nanny via video or call.

A booking fee of SGD100 is mandatory prior to scheduling an online interview. Each client is entitled to two interview sessions.

1. Mummy can provide any amount of welcoming and farewell angpow for the confinement nanny.
2. If mummy is residing in a double-story house, an additional cost SGD200 will apply to the confinement services.
3. The rates for the confinement service during Chinese New Year or additional months/ twins will be adjusted and advised by the confinement nanny.
4. If a mummy family requests cooking services during the confinement period, an additional cost of SGD100 per person will be apply.
5. Mummy is responsible for bearing the transportation expenses (round-trip) of the confinement nanny. If the confinement nanny requests requests extra compensation for transportation, mummy should discuss and reach an agreement with her. The platform will not interfere with the transaction expenses.

Mummy is required to pay SGD 540 deposit to reserve a confinement nanny.

If Mummy books the platform confinement package, which is Basic/ Standard/ Premium/ VIP confinement package, and pays in full 3 months prior to the expected delivery date, Mummy is eligible for special discounted rates (limited to the package’s promotion only).

The client may take the remaining payment directly to the confinement lady.

Yes, mummy can cancel your booking after selecting the confinement nanny if mummy experiences like this, the full refund is allowed.

1. Miscarriage or
2. Death due to medical reasons.

Your deposit will not be refunded if your reason is other than the above.

Yes, mummy can replaced another confinement nanny. SGD 30 will be charged for each confinement nanny replacement.
