| Platform Booking Fee | A booking fee of SGD100 is mandatory prior to scheduling the online interview. |
| Deposit Payment | The client is required to pay a SGD500 deposit to reserve a confinement lady. |
| Balance or Full Payment | Payment must be settled 2 months before the estimated date of delivery (EDD). Clients who make full payment three months before EDD will receive a special rate (limited to package promotion). |
| Urgent Order | Make full payment within 24 hours upon receiving notification from customer service. |
| Cancellation & Refund Policy | - If the client cancels the booking after selecting the confinement lady, the deposit will not be refunded.
- If the client experiences a miscarriage or death due to medical reasons, the full refund is allowed.
- If the client cancels their purchase at least 2 months before the estimated delivery date they are eligible for a 90% refund on paid Confinement Package Fee. This 90% doesn’t cover Platform Fee and Deposit Fee.

| Confinement Lady Replacement | - SGD30 will be charged for each confinement lady replacement.
- The service of confinement lady replacement is only available in Singapore and Malaysia.

| Payment Confirmation | Please take a screenshot of the payment slip and send it to our customer service via WhatsApp. |
| Additional Costs (Reference Only) | - The client can provide any amount of Welcoming and Farewell Angpow for the confinement lady.
- If the client is residing in a double-story house, an additional cost of SGD200 will apply to the confinement services.
- The rates for the confinement service during Chinese New Year or for additional months/twins will be adjusted and advised by the confinement lady.
- If the client requests cooking services during the confinement period, an additional cost of SGD100 per person will apply.
- The client is responsible for bearing the transportation expenses (round-trip) of the confinement lady. If the confinement lady requests extra compensation for transportation, the client should discuss and reach an agreement with her.

| Notes | The platform provides a convenient way for users to connect with each other. Clients and confinement ladies can communicate online to better understand each other’s personalities and capabilities and ultimately reach an employment agreement. However, it is important for clients to thoroughly interview and evaluate the suitability of each confinement lady before hiring. Please note that the platform will not be responsible for the behavior of the confinement lady during the confinement period. |
